Homelands have thought of everything. The cottages are totally adapted with everything you could possibly need making your stay for everyone a real feeling of home from home. Lovely spacious rooms, very comfortable living area and bedrooms with adjustable seating and beds which makes all the difference when on holiday. The grounds are super clean with lovely gardens and outlook from every cottage. The area is simply fabulous with lots of lovey coastal villages and towns from Leven up to St Andrews. Lower Largo and the beach a stroll away is fabulous. We will definitely book again.

Ground Floor:

Spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with patio doors leading to a south-facing garden.

One accessible twin bedroom featuring an Invacare Medley Ergo electric profiling bed and Invacare Softform Premier Active 2 airflow mattress, with a Guldmann H-frame ceiling tracking hoist*.

Wet room with a showering area, Guldmann H-frame ceiling tracking hoist*, and a ‘Clos-o-mat’® toilet.

Additional separate toilet with washbasin.

Convenient utility room.

First Floor:

Two bedrooms: a spacious double/twin bedroom and a naturally set twin bedroom.

Bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle for ultimate relaxation.
